The range of reefing locks has been designed to simplify the reefing handling from 35’ sailboats. Those lock needs to be fitted by a sailmaker. Among other benefits they enable to prevent the sheave from getting too quickly worn.

⊕ The HRC reefing locks: preserve the boom sheaves and reefing lines usually undertaking high loads
⊕ Secure the Mainsail reefing by encircling the boom
⊕ Release the compression applied in the boom by the return of the outhaul rope running towards the mast foot
